PhD Scholarships for Minorities at SOCLIFE

Scholarships for Minorities Research Training Group SOCLIFE regularly offers scholarships for prospective doctoral students in social sciences and economics. Selected students will be funded with € 1,103 per month scholarship for 3 years and comes with a travel grant to visit conferences, summer schools etc. As long as they are in SOCLIFE, a Ph.D. student working in an office equipped, have access to all the institutions of the University of Cologne, increase their knowledge through courses SOCLIFE programs (all programs are offered in English) and benefits from an internal mentoring program. The Scholarships for Minorities next funding period began in October 2011, when SOCLIFE will offer eight scholarships.
